Setting up a business can be exciting but needs careful planning.  Should you set up as a sole trader, partnership or limited company?  There are always pros and cons for every type of business structure. we will help you set up your business and plan your goals as well as ensuring that you have your book keeping needs in place.

company formation

Once we agree a way forward, we can register you for VAT and with the Inland Revenue, where required or appropriate. We can set up a limited company from as little as £30.00 (we can even register your domain name on your behalf). We can also advise you on which systems are appropriate for your needs. 

financial reporting 

Most importantly we will help you with your financial reporting.  By setting you up with the correct processes and procedures from the outset, help you plan your tax all of which is important in relation to the future success of your business.  Don't worry we always make sure that we explain what is required in a way that you will understand we will be with you all the way.
